1Eligibility and Age Verification

Access to lu89 and its services is subject to the following eligibility requirements. You warrant that at the time of registration and at all times while using lu89, you satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This is a strict minimum — players who cannot verify their age will have their accounts suspended and any winnings forfeited.
• You are acting as an individual and for personal entertainment purposes only, not on behalf of any third party or commercial entity.
• You are not currently subject to any self-exclusion order you have placed on lu89 or any similar gambling platform.
• You are not using the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law.

lu89 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age and identity from any player at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within 72 hours of a request may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

2Account Registration and Security

To use lu89, you must create a single personal account. The registration process requires accurate personal information. By completing registration, you confirm that all information submitted is truthful and current.

Registration Requirements

• Each individual may register only one account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses or phone numbers — is strictly prohibited.
• You must provide a valid mobile number that is in active use. This number will be used for account verification and transaction notifications.
• lu89 may request KYC documentation at any stage of the account lifecycle, including but not limited to: a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and payment method ownership confirmation.
• Account information must be kept current. If your contact details change, you are obligated to update your account promptly. lu89 is not liable for missed communications resulting from outdated account information.

Account Security Obligations

You are solely responsible for the confidentiality and security of your login credentials. lu89 will never ask you for your password via email, chat or any other channel. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must contact lu89 support immediately. The following security practices are required:

• Use a unique password for lu89 that is not shared with any other online service. Passwords should be at least 8 characters and include a mix of letters, numbers and symbols.
• Do not share your account access with any other person. lu89 accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable.
• Log out of your account when using a shared or public device. lu89 is not responsible for losses incurred due to shared device use.

3Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Terms

Deposit Terms

lu89 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Bangladesh players. All deposits are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits are credited to your account balance and may be used for betting and gameplay immediately upon confirmation.

• Accepted deposit methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank and other approved channels listed on the deposit page.
• Minimum deposit: ৳200. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction.
• lu89 does not charge fees for deposits. However, your mobile banking provider may apply their own transaction charges — please check with your provider before initiating a deposit.
• Deposits made in another person's name or from a payment account not registered to you are prohibited. lu89 reserves the right to reverse such transactions and apply security holds.

Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the following conditions. lu89 aims to process all withdrawal requests within 10 to 30 minutes during normal operating hours.

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500. Maximum single withdrawal amounts and daily limits are displayed on the withdrawal page at the time of request.
• Withdrawals are only available to verified accounts. Unverified accounts may have withdrawal requests held pending completion of KYC verification.
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived exclusively from bonus funds may be subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. The specific rollover requirement applicable to each bonus is disclosed on the relevant promotion page.
• lu89 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal that triggers our internal risk-screening thresholds. This is a standard financial security measure and is not an indication of any wrongdoing.

4Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

lu89 offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific conditions stated on the individual promotion page:

• Welcome bonuses are available to new players making their first deposit only. A player who has previously held an account on lu89 under any identity is not eligible for the welcome bonus.
• Bonuses must be claimed within the time window specified on the promotion page. Unclaimed bonuses expire automatically and cannot be reinstated.
• Wagering requirements (rollover) must be completed within the validity period stated for each bonus. The rollover multiplier and eligible games are specified on each promotion page. Games may contribute different percentages towards the rollover — for example, some live casino games may contribute less than slots.
• lu89 reserves the right to refuse or revoke any bonus at its sole discretion if it determines that a player is attempting to abuse the bonus system, including but not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies, reverse betting, collusion with other players to complete wagering requirements artificially.
• Free spins awarded as part of a promotion will expire after the period specified in the promotion terms. Any winnings from free spins are subject to rollover requirements before withdrawal.
• Players may hold only one active bonus at a time unless otherwise stated. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses simultaneously without meeting the specified qualifying criteria may result in the cancellation of all active bonuses.

lu89 will communicate all active bonus offers via the platform interface. lu89 is not responsible for any bonus offers communicated via unofficial third-party channels, social media accounts not operated by lu89, or any other unauthorised source.

5Gameplay, Betting Rules and Fair Play

All games and betting markets available on lu89 are operated either directly by lu89 or by licensed third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe and Ezugi. The rules of each game are determined by the game provider and are accessible within the game interface. By placing a bet or entering a game, you confirm that you have reviewed and accept the applicable game rules.

Sports Betting Rules

• All cricket betting markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers internationals and other cricket events — are subject to the event-specific rules displayed at the time of market creation. Odds are subject to change before bets are confirmed.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed or ruled void by the relevant sporting body, lu89 will settle bets according to its standard void-bet policy, which returns stakes to the player's account balance.
• lu89 reserves the right to void any bet placed after the occurrence of an event that materially affects the outcome (for example, a bet placed after a wicket has fallen but before the odds system has updated). This is a standard industry practice to protect the integrity of the market.

Casino and Crash Game Rules

• All casino games use certified RNG (Random Number Generator) systems or live-dealer systems operated by licensed providers. The RTP (Return to Player) percentage for each game is made available within the game information panel.
• In the event of a technical failure during a live casino session or crash game round, the round will be voided and all stakes returned. lu89 will not honour any outcome arising from a demonstrably malfunctioning game session.

6Responsible Gaming Obligations

lu89 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The platform provides the following player protection tools, which you may activate at any time by contacting lu89 support or through your account settings:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Once set, limits can only be increased after a mandatory 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session time limits: Set a maximum daily playing session duration. You will receive an alert when your session limit is approaching.
• Self-exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from lu89. Temporary exclusion periods range from 24 hours to 6 months. Permanent self-exclusion is irreversible and results in the closure of your account.
• Reality checks: Periodic pop-up notifications during gameplay that display your session duration and net win/loss for the current session.

lu89 reserves the right to impose responsible gaming restrictions on any account where internal monitoring indicates patterns of play that suggest potential problem gambling, regardless of whether the player has self-imposed limits. These interventions are taken in the interest of player welfare and are not punitive.

7Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on lu89. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed, and any associated balances and pending withdrawals may be forfeited at lu89's sole discretion:

• Opening or operating more than one account, whether under the same or a different identity, email address, phone number or payment method.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to place bets, interact with games, or exploit any aspect of the lu89 platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, split winnings artificially, or circumvent wagering requirements through coordinated betting.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal or fraudulent means, including but not limited to stolen payment credentials, money laundering, or identity fraud.
• Exploiting technical glitches, software errors, or unintended platform behaviour to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained via such means will be voided.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or in any communication with lu89 support staff.

lu89 actively monitors account activity for indicators of prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is detected, lu89 will act promptly and reserves the right to report suspected fraud or money laundering activity to the relevant authorities.

8Account Suspension and Termination

lu89 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account under the following circumstances, with or without prior notice depending on the severity of the situation:

• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of any prohibited conduct as defined in Clause 7 of these Terms.
• Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe requested by lu89's verification team.
• Discovery that a player does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in Clause 1, including underage use.
• A player's request for permanent self-exclusion under the responsible gaming provisions of Clause 6.

Upon closure of an account for reasons other than prohibited conduct, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within 5 business days.

9Intellectual Property

All content on the lu89 platform — including but not limited to the website design, logo, graphics, software, text, game interfaces (excluding third-party game content), promotional materials and structural layout — is the exclusive property of lu89 or its licensed suppliers. All rights are reserved. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit or distribute any lu89 content without prior written consent.

Third-party game content, including game software, graphics and audio provided by Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, Ezugi and other integrated providers, is the intellectual property of those respective providers and is used by lu89 under commercial licence. Any unauthorised use of third-party game content is a violation of those providers' intellectual property rights.

10Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, lu89 shall not be liable for any of the following losses or damages arising from your use of the platform, whether arising in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise:

• Any financial losses arising from gambling activity, including but not limited to losing bets, bonus expiry, or withdrawal delays caused by events beyond lu89's reasonable control.
• Loss of data, loss of revenue, or any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from platform outages, maintenance windows or third-party service interruptions.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate password security or your sharing of login credentials with a third party.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit lu89's liability for death or personal injury caused by lu89's own negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11Privacy and Data Protection

lu89 collects, processes and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. lu89 uses your data solely for the purposes of account management, payment processing, KYC verification, responsible gaming monitoring, fraud prevention and providing you with relevant platform communications. lu89 does not sell or transfer personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

12Amendments to These Terms

lu89 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, lu89 will notify registered players via a prominent notice on the platform or via the contact details held on the player's account, with reasonable notice prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of lu89 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Clause 8 of these Terms.

13Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. lu89 operates as an online gaming platform and makes no representation that its services are legally available in every jurisdiction. It is the player's sole responsibility to ensure that their use of lu89 complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction.

In the event of any dispute between a player and lu89, the player should contact lu89 support in the first instance and allow a reasonable period for the dispute to be investigated and resolved internally. lu89 aims to resolve all player disputes within 5 business days of a formal complaint being received. Where a dispute cannot be resolved to the player's satisfaction, the player may pursue any available remedy under applicable law.
